What 2025 looked like from the sites, the vans, and the office – solving the jobs that matter
As 2025 draws to a close, it feels like the right moment to pause and take stock. This year has been busy, demanding, and genuinely rewarding. We have supported sites large and small, worked alongside 28 teams nationwide, and continued to invest in the people, equipment, and systems that let us do the job properly.
This is not a highlight reel. It is a straightforward look at what we have been involved in, what we have learned, and where we are heading next.

Supporting national brands and local operators
Much of our work this year has been about consistency at scale. We have continued to support pub and restaurant estates, including our ongoing work with Marston’s, helping sites stay compliant and safe through planned kitchen extraction cleaning and deep cleans ahead of busy trading periods.
At the same time, we have been trusted by major retail operators such as Sainsbury’s and Argos, alongside smaller local stores. These environments bring very different challenges, but the expectation is the same: minimal disruption, clear reporting, and work done to the right standard, every time.
Growing our team and strengthening national coverage
Our headcount has grown again this year, giving us greater national reach and more resilience in how we schedule and deliver work. Adding field teams only works if they are properly supported, so we have also strengthened our office and operational management team to keep planning, reporting, and compliance tight.
That behind-the-scenes support is critical. It allows our engineers to focus on the work on site, knowing that logistics, certification, and client communication are being handled properly.
Investing in better, safer cleaning methods
We have continued to invest heavily in equipment that improves both outcomes and safety. In 2025, that has meant expanding our use of SpaceVac systems for high-level cleaning and adding more Diamond Brush systems to our fleet.
These tools allow us to clean more effectively while reducing risk for our teams and disruption for clients. Faster does not mean rushed. It means better prepared and better equipped.
Expanding further into compliance-led services
This year also marked further progress in compliance-driven services, particularly around fire safety and ventilation. Fire damper testing and TR19-compliant extraction cleaning have become an increasingly important part of what we deliver, especially in education, hospitality, and large managed estates.
“We are seeing more clients asking for joined-up compliance support rather than one-off jobs,” says Mark Biffin, Managing Director. “Fire dampers and TR19 are not box-ticking exercises. Done properly, they reduce real risk, protect people, and give facilities teams confidence in their buildings.”
What being on the road has taught us
Spending time with 28 teams across the UK keeps you grounded. You see the realities of ageing buildings, tight shutdown windows, and the pressure facilities and operations teams are under. It reinforces the importance of clear communication, honest reporting, and not cutting corners when nobody is watching.
“The best feedback we get is when clients tell us they finally understand what condition their systems are in,” says Liam Hodgson, Client Services Manager. “Photos, reports, and straight answers make a real difference. It turns cleaning into something measurable and manageable.”
Continuing our commitment to social value
Alongside national work, we have continued to support grassroots initiatives recommended by our own staff in their local communities. Whether that is backing local sports teams or small community projects, it matters to us that our growth also benefits the places where our people live and work.
Looking ahead
2025 has been about building depth, not just scale. Stronger teams, better equipment, clearer compliance, and more consistent delivery across the UK. As we move into 2026, the focus remains the same: practical solutions, honest service, and doing the work properly.
To our clients, partners, and the teams who make it happen every day, thank you for being part of the journey.
